To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We do not accept returns on final sale items, custom orders, or products marked non-returnable. For international orders, return eligibility and shipping arrangements must be confirmed before sending items back.
